Wedding Ceremonies
With the grand backdrop of the Hopewood Country House built in 1884, the gardens offer a range of beautiful settings to conduct your Garden Wedding Ceremony. From the formal parterre gardens, to the fragrant rose gardens. The Aviary lawn garden, the ‘ruin’ or in the sunken garden by the outdoor fire place. Whichever location you select, the 11 acres of parklike grounds of the Estate are exclusively yours to enjoy for the day.
Functions
The Pavilion building has a conservatory room that is light filled, elegant, adorned with chandeliers and opens on to a private courtyard for your exclusive use. This can be hired for functions seating up to 100 and cocktail for 150 people. This area is also set for indoor ceremonies in case of inclement weather.
We are committed to making your Wedding at Hopewood Country House a wonderful and memorable event and are happy to share our preferred list of suppliers with you, making the shortlist of products and services available in the Highlands available at your fingertips, from Florists to Celebrants, hair & make up artists to limousine services.
Catering
We work with a preferred caterer that is able to offer a range of catering options from informal picnics, delicious cocktail finger food through to lavish three course seated catering.

ACCOMODATION
The Cottage
A romantic, provincially styled two bedroom, two bathroom escape, luxuriously appointed with fine linens, French toiletries, claw foot bath, wood burning fire, stocked kitchen, dvds, books, cds, candles, bottle of wine, chocolates and everything you need to indulge on your wedding night. It is the perfect retreat for the bride & bridal party to prepare prior to the ceremony and for the bride to freshen up in privacy during the reception. A gourmet selection of breakfast provisions are included for the bride & groom to enjoy at their leisure the next morning.
The Caretaker’s Cottage
A basic yet comfortable two bedroom cottage that has one bathroom, large eat in kitchen, lounge with open fire. This cottage comfortably accommodates 6 people, one queen bed, two sets of bunks. This provides ideal accommodation members of the Bridgal party or for family members.
